TWO teenagers have been charged with robbing a priest in Little Hulton.
A 16-year-old boy, from Little Hulton, and a 17-year-old boy from Walkden were charged yesterday in connection with the attack on 30-year-old Father Kieren Mullarkey.
The priest was walking home along Coniston Avenue, Little Hulton, at around 10.15pm on Sunday when he was robbed.
He was forced to hand over his money - just £4.65 - and an MP3 music player.
The also took his Rosary Beads, which he had got in Lourdes, and threw them into the street.
The pair were due to appear before Salford Magistrates today.
A third boy, aged 16, who was also arrested was released without charge.
