Important change to Comment facility
Have you got something to say? Want to share your views on the latest Bolton news and sports stories?
Why not join our online forum?
We have been listening to the concerns of our readers and we have decided to make some changes.
We have disabled the comment facility on individual news stories, allowing us to bring reader reaction together in one place.
The revamped forum allows you to create your own topic threads and contribute to those already there.
You can discuss the latest news, Bolton Wanderers and sport in general as well as the major issues in Bolton and beyond.
There are also sections which let you post your views on the latest films, music, games and entertainment.
The changes have been made because of a minority who have insisted on spoiling our previous comment facilities.
We will immediately ban anyone who vandalises the site by posting on it personally abusive messages or obscenities.
If the problems persist, we will approach internet service providers to ban troublesome users.
Our new forum will allow the majority to take part in a reasoned, constructive
debate.
Simply visit forum.theboltonnews.co.uk. and register.
