MP's surgery

BOLTON West MP Ruth Kelly’s constituents will be given the chance to air their views at a surgery in Smithills on Monday, September 1.
A representative from Ms Kelly’s office will be joined by new Labour councillor Richard Silvester, a former Liberal Democrat who more recently represented the ward as an Independent before changing parties.
Residents are invited to drop into the surgery, at Chorley Old Road Methodist Church, between 7pm and 8pm to discuss any concerns they have on local or national issues.
